Founder & CEO

Mr. Connell has more than thirty years experience in government, private and corporate legal sevices. His ability to solve complex issues, develop relationships and manage sensitive political and legislative matters will distinguish your emerging or established brand with excellence, passion and class. He has practiced at every level up through the Supreme Courts in both the state and federal hierarchies. Walt has focused on introducing new technologies and businesses into the market, leveraging a vast array of international contacts and experts. He's launched companies to develop composite intermodal, cryogenic and specialty shipping containers, and has also worked across the landscape of international logistics while partnering with the Singapore Economic Development Board to establish joint ventures with a vital air freight and logistics company based in that country.

Mr. Reimer has led international companies and organizations at every level with senior leadership experience in Europe, Asia, Africa, Eastern Europe and the United States. Per is a creative yet pragmatic global business leader with broad CEO-level expertise at strategic and executive levels in many areas of international shipping and logistics, manufacturing, as well as retail and e-commerce operations. He has proven CEO-level experience in the shipping, energy and manufacturing industries, and has made a huge impact in disease control products across Africa and Asia. Per has led dynamic teams and initiatives for ECCO Shoes, Vestergaard Frandsen Switzerland, A.P. Moller-Maersk and is recognized as a game changer who achieves results through innovation, execution and digitalization efforts that translate across continents, brands and entire industries.

Director/Nexus Development Asia

Mr. Lim has more than 30 years of proven experience in the commercial water and wastewater industries for the Asia-Pacific Region. Under his direct leadership, WaterPlus became a Singapore government-approved private company that has partnered with the Building Construction Authority, Public Utilities Board and the National Environmental Agency for sustainable Rain and Grey Water Recycling, Black Water Management and zero fluid discharge systems for industrial waste. Under his leadership at WaterPlus, the company was successful in securing Platinum status for prestigious Singapore projects such as 20 Anson, Citibank and the Standard Chartered Commercial Building projects. His expertise in Asia includes waste-to-energy solutions and zero-liquid or minimum discharge systems across the aerospace, semi-conductor, electroplating and chemical industries.

Mr. Parsons has over 30 years of extensive experience in developing, implementing and managing operations, recruiting key personnel and directing diverse training programs. George has also been successful in formulating and implementing corporate business plans as well as sales and marketing initiatives that drive profitable business growth. His secret sauce is formulating workplace synergies that improve productivity, quality of communications and optimal performance accountability.

Technical Analyst/Quality Control

Educated in Singapore, Japan and the UK, Mr. Lim is an internationally-recognized quality control and productivity expert. He's also a well-published author, inventor, educator and training professional with high-level experience in manufacturing, agriculture and renewable energy on a global scale. Andre has provided extensive consulting relationships with the Singapore government and its related entities, the Department of Agriculture in Malaysia and many other ministries and industries within Asia and around the world.

Mr. Biddle is a long-term member of The Spectrum Group, the premier US-based consulting firm to the US Department of Defense and many International businesses. He served many years at Chase Manhattan Bank, where he developed the Chase Global Environmental Project Financing and Merchant Banking practices. As Vice President at Chase Manhattan Bank Ltd. London, he was responsible for the negotiation and syndication of major government finance operations in the Mideast, Africa and former Soviet Bloc.

Mr. Clemens has vast experience in the sales and marketing arena, across many sectors, ranging from the energy sector to the insurance industry. In director level roles, Skip has successfully monetized a range of ideas and products while working with clients such as IBM, ABB, Silver Spring, Lockheed Martin, Accenture, S&C Electric and numerous other corporations. He also has decades of experience in creating and directing customer experience marketing programs, industry trade shows and corporate events.
